Materials:
3 yards ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
49 yellow pony beads
38 white pony beads
28 red pony beads
25 ivory pony beads
24 royal blue pony beads
1 gold or gold glitter pony bead
1 3-inch piece of a gold chenille stem
Sharpie marker or craft paint for eyes
Special Instructions: After completing the
pattern, fold the chenille stem in half. From the middle of the
second row, insert one end of the stem through two yellow beads,
then do the same for the other side, leaving the point of the
stem showing out from the center yellow bead (shown on diagram in
dk. yellow). Trim and fold the excess stem either in front or in
back to secure it. This should closely resemble Sailor Moon’s
headband

1 dark sapphire translucent pony bead

attach the chenille stem. This should closely resemble Sailor
Mercury’s headband.
