Kermit the Frog
Materials:
3 ˝ yards cord or plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
143 pearl green pony beads
12 yellow pony beads
3 red pony beads
2 white pony beads
1 coral pony bead
Black sharpie marker or craft paint for drawing on eyes.
Special Instructions: Pay close attention to the string path after making the 3-D mouth. The three rows after the 3-D mouth are done as usual. Then with one strand, add three yellow beads and go back through two. Do the same with the other strand. Attach the two yellow "spikes" by crossing the strands and weaving through the yellow beads. Use the same procedure as before to make two more yellow "spikes", one on each side. Weave the strands through the second of the three rows. Continue with the pattern.
