Materials:
2 1/2 yards ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
41 yellow pony beads
26 dark turquoise pony bead
(add 2 extra, if making two 3-D fins)
11 light blue pony beads
(add 2 extra, if making two 3-D fins)
1 white pony bead
Black sharpie marker or craft paint for drawing on eye.
Special Instructions: When you get to the refer
to the diagram below to make the 3-D fin. If desired, you can
make the 3-D fin on both sides by repeating the same process on
the other side using the same strand.
