Materials:

3 ½ yards ribbon, cord or plastic lacing
1 key ring or lanyard hook
53 red pony beads
17 orange pony beads
12 ivory pony beads
6 brown pony beads
2 white pony beads
16 mini ivory pony beads
2 gold rings for earings (optional)
20 yellow small round beads for necklace.
Black sharpie marker or craft paint pen for drawing on eyes.
Green floral wire or green chenille stem for glasses.
About 20 small round yellow beads for necklace, if desired.

Special Instructions: To make the glasses, use a half piece of green chenille stem. First, trim off most of the "fuzz" then shape. Bend and insert the ends of the stem into the beads at each end and glue. Another way to make the glasses, is to use a half piece of green floral wire and wrap it with green floral tape.

To make and attach the necklace: Using a needle and thread, go through beads marked #2 & 1. Lace on the required number of yellow beads. Go through the red beads marked 3 & 2, then tie a knot and trim.
